domain flags

Hello mailscanner users,
I'm having a little problem with mailscanner, and it appears to be only with
one users, when this users sends an email to another from her own domain the
mail arrives with de {disarmed} flag or dangerous, warning or something like
that.
All attachments are allowed on for mydomain to mydomain only a couple of
users may send outside domain, and she is one that may send outside the
domain.
Any ideas?
