Blocking different X-Original-To and To mails

[Nis - Linux]

Some one told me a while ago, that his mailscanner blocks these types of 
mails.
But for some reason, mine dont!
I get more and more of these mails and they are a pain in the bu..!

I use MailScanner 4.58.9, Spamassassin 3.2.1-r1 and Clamav 0.91.2

What's to do?
