Trouble with White Listing Mailman list

Here you go. You will see that it is being scanned twice .. once by my 
secondary server, which has Mailman on it, and again by my main mail 
server, even though I have them both white listed (at least in theory).

Here is what I have for rules:

On ebony in spam.whitelist.rules:
