Update Rules

Hello Guys !

I'm a new MailScanner user , and i need some help about rules update.

Which command i need run after download the rules from rulesemporium
web site ?

All Rules must be copied  to /etc/Mailscanner and
/etc/mail/spamassassin ??? Are there other place where i need store
rules ?

Sorry , if my question is very simple and not in correct english :)
