MailScanner ANNOUNCE: Stable release 4.63.7

No worries, hope you find it useful. My list of known bad phishing sites
is provided by a company who are probably the largest sellers on the
internet. I can't say any more as it is provided under a very strict
NDA, and I don't want to spend my life in court :-)

I have also added the Solaris Blastwave package to the downloads page,
as this should make it a whole lot easier for Solaris users to get their
system going.
