mailscanner automaticlly delete spam?

It's pretty well described right there in MailScanner.conf.

Delete is what it sounds like, the message is not sent on and it's not
stored in any way.
Store is also what it sounds like and maybe what you need here, the
message gets stored in the quarantine which is also defined in
MailScanner.conf.

Note that each action does only one thing, you have to add more
actions to do more things.
