You can do this by fetching the latest version of the RPM for el5 from
dab.wieers.com/rpm/packages/rpmforge-release. Install it with "rpm
- -Uvh rpmforge*rpm" once you have downloaded it. Then "yum search" and
"yum install" will be able to do a whole lot more!

MailScanner will need the development tools to install. You can do
this with
yum installgroup "Development Tools", or some command like that. But
hopefully you installed the development tools when you installed
CentOS5 in the first place.
