install-Clam-SA and clamd

Used it again today for another server, it works great. Unless rpmforge starts 
to cause problems with CentOS 5 like it sometimes can for 4.

MailScanner is like deodorant...
You hope everybody uses it, and
you notice quickly if they don't!!!!
