well according to the VB100 tests NOD32 (http://www.nod32.com) is one of the fastest around. Check out their site as they do have a comparison page.

Subject: How to test virusscanners - which one is the fastets :-)?

Hi,

currently we use f-secures commandline-scanner, but have to bye new
licences soon.

As we don't have to stay with f-secure; hom may I test the performance
of other scanners; e.g. from mcaffee or f-prod ... antivir etc?

Any ideas? Or dose someone has done a test?

Thanks for hints and best regards
