slightly OT: 550 5.1.1 / att.net

Hi Gang,

I Googled and searched the archives, but didn't find anything that 
really helped the situation.

I have two addresses in the past couple days that have given me fits. 
Both are att.net (and one belongs to the mother-in-law -- so it has 
to be fixed for peace to reign).

Both result in immediate "550 5.1.1 - User unknown in virtual mailbox table".

Is this something I can fix, or do I have to butt heads with someone 
at att.net support?

We're running sendmail on redhat, btw.
