Input/Output Error

I have a debian etch server just installed :

I have postfix+mailscanner+clamav

When i send an email just to test from console i saw on log file :

What is the "Input/Output error" ?
The mail have the eicar test file atached with uuencode , the file was not catch and the mail pass trought the server , and mark the mail 
as "cleaned".
