Beta release 4.60.7

Sorry!
I screwed up when putting up the page listing ClamAV 0.90.3 and uploaded 
an old version listing an out-of-date beta release in it.
Forgot to 'svn update' first :-(
Fixed now.
The latest is 4.60.7-1 as you would expect.
