inodes problem

yes, i find a lot of dirs and files there.
 var/  spool/  MailScanner/   
But i do not need to store the spam. i have the frontend configured 
that it deletes all spam.
These seems all ClamAV folders/files.
Some are old. Is there a way to remove all these files and change a 
setting somewhere so that i do not end up with all these files?
