init.d script

Hi,

I use the tarball installation of the lastest MailScanner on Ubuntu 
Server but I can't find the /etc/init.d script that everybody seems to 
have. I have searched on the wiki and MS web site but I can't find it.

Any can tell me where can I get it ?
