At my (reasonably large multi-national) company, we've started using CentOS for all of our new machines, and will likely continue to do so.  We don't need RedHat's telephone support, nor do we care to use up2date, ergo the benefits of using RedHat over CentOS are almost non-existent.  

YMMV, of course - especially if you're at a smaller organisation where phone support might come in handy, or where you don't manage your own software repository.
