Looks like a Postfix queue reference so I'll venture /var/spool/ 
MailScanner/incoming would be a good place to begin This is one of  
the complications of running Postfix. It's secure in so much as  
nothing has an elevated user status but it does make permissions a  
challenge particularly as Clam does the same thing and MailScanner  
needs to run a both.
