Can't locate Convert/BinHex.pm in @INC

Ok, I did a force install, and that reinstalled the pm, and I was able to
start MailScanner.

BUT, now MailScanner isn't checking incoming mail. I can send a message from
gmail, and the message never goes through. I looked in my maillog, and this
is what shows up when I start mailscanner:

Is there anything in there that is a problem? If not, any ideas where I can
look to find the problem?
