In the tar-ball. Just download, unpack, cd into directory; ./install.sh
It'll build&install the needed dependencies.
Same goes for the Clam+SA package (which contain the Mail::Clamav perl
module ...), but since Jules has been out, look throuigh the archives
where you can find one updated for the latest ClamAV.
