request for summary - update clamAV

Hello:

I apologize, but I have been having a little trouble following along with 
the steps to use Julian's easy install package but to upgrade to the latest 
ClamAV.

Could someone who has done this successfully please submit a summary to the 
list?  And if one was posted, and I missed it, shame on me.
