What is causing this error?

Followup:

Noticed that the permissions on /var/spool/Mailscanner/incoming was set 
to clamav:clamav and the quarantine was set to root:apache

changed both to postfix:postfix and it was solved.

I remember that i changed it to postfix:postfix before, what did this 
change suddenly? Am i missing anything?
