4.61.3 In Production?

I've not seen a lot of feedback on 4.61.3 - is anyone running it in a  
production environment? Any problems?

Seems to be working well on my test system, but that doesn't handle  
large amounts of mail. I need the clamd functionality, hence testing  
this version.
