I have uploaded the new book, and have ordered a few copies for a quick
proof-check.
Due to a bug in their website, I have had to temporarily put it in the
"mailscanner2" shop while they get the bug sorted.
All the configuration settings up to and including the Clamd settings
from version 4.61 are included in the Training Manual, Part II of the book.
