New zip attachments

Known issue if MS sees two attached files of the same name it falls over
(not good).

There's a new Messages.PM that Jules put on the list a couple of days
ago.

Jules, any chance of putting out a 4.60.8-2 with the new Message.pm to
cope with multiple files of the same name?
