MailScanner-mrtg is nice in that it shows numbers of files processed, 
waiting in the mqueue.in, waiting to be sent, virus found, all in nice 
graphs. We still use it, however I haven't looked for anything else. We 
do have another system in place to monitor machines and page during an 
error. MailScanner-mrtg helps give a quick view of the health of the 
system and the load it has and is under.
