Did you try remove the SARE rules and re-get them? Same results?
Also, there seems to be a shift away from rylesdujour to sa-update for
SARE... you might search the list archives (pretty recent) or even the
wiki (ISTR someone (Jules perhaps) adding and article on how to set up
sa-update to get them.
