add those extra files

if you still see:

[24354] warn: plugin: failed to create instance of plugin 
Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::crm114: Can't locate object method "new" via 
package "Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::crm114" at (eval 78) line 1.


see if the loadplugin command in crm114.cf is pointing to the right 
file/path
