If you would consider upgrading to a newer Fedora version, sendmail (8.13) has
a new feature called "greet-pause" that can help with some of the spam load.
FC2 is somewhat outdated, and sendmail 8.12 has some nasty security
vulnerabilities.

You hope everybody uses it, and
you notice quickly if they don't!!!!
