I'm going to leave it as is. It is suitable for most beginners, and the
advanced ones among you do all sorts of weird things anyway, so it
doesn't make any difference to you what I do.
I'm certainly not going to put in some install.sh-time question as to
whether the link should be put in or not. 99% of users won't understand
the question, and the other 1% can delete the symlink if they want to.
