Envelope From Header inconsistencies

That would be great.

It's an easily overlooked misconfig which would prevent spamassassin's
SPF checking from working.

The things you find when you lock yourself away in a quiet room for a
few days and sanity-check everything without having to deal with the
phone ringing every 10 minutes :-)
