on April 1, no problem :-))))

IMO, MailScanner.cf is no problem as it is - it even comes aftr SA's 
default local.cf which makes sense for the default system.

if ppl want to change scores after MailScanner.cf and or local.cf they 
can use their on zz_top.cf
