apart from the repeated rule name, you could reduce it to one rule:

header CBGREET99 Subject =~ /^You\'ve received a 
(?:greeting|card|ecard|postcard|blahcard) from a \w+/
(all in one line)

THIS IS UNTESTED!!!!
