MailScanner just stopped

I have just added a check in upgrade_MailScanner_conf so that it checks 
to see if the strings "inc" and "cvd" both appear in the "Monitors for 
clamav updates" setting. If they don't it shows you what your setting 
should look like, so that you can correct it. I can't force the 
correction to happen in case you have installed ClamAV somewhere other 
than /usr/local. I don't want to rely on your virus.scanners.conf to be 
correct, when you are half way through an upgrade.

Hopefully, with time, this will appease the situation a bit.
It will be in the next release.
