I have installed the RPMs from dag.wieers.com :-

[root at bianchi ~]# rpm -qa | grep -i clam
clamav-db-0.91-1.el5.rf
clamd-0.91-1.el5.rf
clamav-0.91-1.el5.rf

Are you running 0.91 or 0.91.1.
The build number matches mine which is 0.91.1 :-
