I'd add logwatch http://www.logwatch.org/ for daily summary reports.

For usage graphs I find that mailgraph http://mailgraph.schweikert.ch/ 
is a good alternative to MailScanner-MRTG.

If you also want the system load graphs included in MS-MRTG you might 
want to combine it with something like collectd http://www.collectd.org/
