Watermarking should do something now

Jules,

Let me ask you this then: Is it possible to make this work as I had 
hoped it would?

For example:

1. Let's say "user a" on our system sends an email to "user b".
2. MailScanner adds the watermark
3. "user b" replies back with something that would normally get tagged 
as spam, but because it's a reply to a message that originated on our 
system, we let it through anyways no matter how "spammy" the reply might be.

What do you think?
