Two servers, identical configs,one won't tag messages.

I have two servers running the same version of Mailscanner (4.57.6), 
Postfix, and FreeBSD.

One server is happily changing the subjects with the spam tag, while the 
other isn't. 

The one that isn't tagging is running FuzzyOCR, while the working one is 
not at this time.

Anyone have any thoughts?
