blacklists domain hangs mailscanner

This is the auto-detecting of IPv4 versus IPv6 addresses going wrong.
It is seeing 4-c.de and thinks it is an IPv6 address range, as all the
letters are within a-f. If you change it to
*@4-c.de
then it should be a lot happier.
This is only the 2nd time I have ever seen this happen. Domain names
only containing 0-9 and a-f (or A-F) are very rare, and the workaround
is very simple, so I don't want to change the code.
