Mailscanner plugins

This has been in place for years. Basically you can write a piece of 
code that produces the value of a configuration setting dependent on the 
message it is operating on. Check out the CustomConfig.pm file and the 
CustomFunctions directory.

Don't believe anyone who says this is new, it ain't :-)
