MailScanner / Postfix 2.3.3

Im running Postfix 2.3.3 with MailScanner 4.55.10.  Using the /^Received:/
HOLD config.  However looking at the MailScanner change log for 4.56:

09/10/2006 New in Version 4.56.8-1
3 Solved compatibility with Postfix 2.3.

Wondering if anyone can shed any light on this, is a different config used
with Postfix 2.3 / MailScanner 4.6+ - or is this just merely internal
MailScanner improvements for the queue file handling that has changed?
