Reject bounce email

Hi all
I've installed Postfix+Mailscanner+Mailwatch on SuSe 10.0

My users have been receiving a lot of undelivered mail message from outside of our network. These emails have made our users complaint to us, although they did not send such email..

How can I reject such emails from bouncing back to our users mailbox ?
