Webmail on localhost is not being scanned by MailScanner

It has to do with the queue it drops into from the localhost.  localhost
mail is sent to /var/spool/clientmqueue

That is never scanned by MailScanner.

As noted in a previous thread, Glenn's suggestion worked.

The default configuration for SquirrelMail wants to use localhost:25
