Image scanning - flesh tones

My employer uses MessageLabs.  Apart from the advantage of being outsourced,
it also scans images in email for flesh tones and therefore blocks some
unsuitable images in messages.  As I recall, MailSweeper from Clearswift
used to do this too.

I know MailScanner can block video images by file type.  Does anybody know
of any add-on that does image filtering by content?
