DNS White List, is a good thing?

By default SpamAssassin uses bondedsender, and habeas SOI/COI dnswls.

(note Habeas SWE is dead, and the above habeas DNSWLs have nothing to do with
the old haiku-in-the-headers method that Habeas no longer supports.)
