Virus Scanners = esets clamd

Next :) Clamd works fine and detects okay in MailScanner. It is purely the lint that does not pick up eicar.com or even attempt to.

Just double checked, the entries in virus.scanners.conf are not the reason for your problem.

Please check the entry Virus Scanners in MailScanner.conf, you should have clamd in there. Please note, if you have more than one virus scanner, the entries are space separated (ex. sophos clamd)

Regards,
Roland
