OOT: Sendmail connection time out

Dear all,

I'm having a problem where many of my users can't sent email to 
everest.com.tw with error message
"Deferred: Connection timed out with evn001.everest.com.tw"

The problem is, that they can sent email to them from gmail or any other 
webmail. and I can telnet to everest.com.tw server to port 25.
[root at spam ~]# telnet evn001.everest.com.tw 25
Trying 59.125.202.201...
Connected to evn001.everest.com.tw (59.125.202.201).
Escape character is '^]'.


What I have to look first to solve this problem?
