Is the following syntax correct ?

From:	/opt/MailScanner/etc/rules/whitelist.domains	yes
FromOrTo:	default					no

and in the file /opt/MailScanner/etc/rules/whitelist.domains, I have  
lines like :

*@ess-fp7.org


But, recently, I get :
