MailScanner, Postfix, Cyrus-imap, SpamAssassin and MySQL

I have been running MailScanner and with clamav, spamassassin, postfix,
cyrus-imap and etc for
3 years now on several different servers. It has been a great piece of
software, but now
I want to implement an sql (mysql/psql) backend for spamassassin and let
each user
add his/her own whitelists and blacklists. I have looked through the
MailScanner list and
have not found a "good" solution for this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
