Spam Filter Fusion with MailScanner?

No I haven't because I find that we catch practically all the spam.
Perhaps there are some additional rules or plugins you could be using.
Is your mailscanner and spamassassin fully up to date?
What plugins, antivirus and additional rules do you use?
