ClamAV & Sanesecurity & Spamassassin

It should be possible. You would need to somehow stop the clamav that
mailscanner runs from using the sanesecurity signatures.

Then you could configure
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/ClamAVPlugin with spamassassin.
