I get on fairly well with pyzor. It seems able to detect a lot of the image
and pdf spam. I do use the alternative server 82.94.255.100:24441 though
which is much more reliable.
I do intend to try DCC but I believe it matches any email that a lot of
people receive so you have to whitelist any mailing lists you are on?
The OCR does work reasonably well although there is a lot that it cannot
detect. If you use the sanesecurity signatures for clamav then it is
probably not really worth installing as they detect the majority of them and
you do need a lot of packages for fuzzyocr to work.
I also intend to take a look at CRM114 at some point aswell.
